The African Centre for Health and Nutrition (AfriCHAN) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to improving health, nutrition, and community well-being across Uganda and the African continent. We work with families, communities, district health systems, research institutions, and development partners to create lasting solutions that strengthen health outcomes and reduce malnutrition, especially among the most vulnerable populations. Founded in Eastern Uganda, AfriCHAN combines research, innovation, and community-driven action to empower communities and build stronger, healthier generations.
